 Furry Cute Soft Toys  strives to ensure you, our   customer, are completely satisfied with the purchase you make with us. As we understand that you may wish to return items, we offer all our customers a returns guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us providing the item is still in the original condition in which you received it. This means it must still have any tags or labels intact and be odour free. You will receive a full refund for the price you paid for the item when the returned item is received by us. We only accept the return of   tagged items if they are faulty. To return your purchase, please email us at through Contact us. The buyer is responsible for the costs of returning the items to us, unless the item being returned has been delivered to you in   error, or the item is faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage in case the item goes missing in the post as you will then be able to claim against the postal service for your loss, as no refund will be processed unless we receive the item back. We will process the refund back through the PayPal transaction, and you will receive an email from PayPal to inform you of the refund. If you return an item because it is damaged, or due to being   sent the wrong item, we may request electronic photographic proof before you return the item to us. We will refund the full amount of the transaction and   reimburse you for the postage costs incurred in returning it to us. We will   check all items returned as faulty. In the event we find no fault, we reserve  the right not to refund.
